<br />CASE #~ <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO ADOPT NEWLY CODIFIED CITY CODE <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On Tuesday, October 27,2009, the City Council introduced an ordinance to recodify the <br />City's Code. That ordinance is now ready for formal adoption. Following the adoption <br />of the ordinance and publication of same, staff will begin utilizing the new Code January <br />1,2010. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #09-XXX adopting and enacting a new Code for the City of <br />Ran'lsey; providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing for <br />the manner of amending such Code; and providing when such Code and this ordinance <br />shall become effective. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Mayor Ramsey <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />
