CC CASE # <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT HIGH VOLUME HOSE <br />USING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS <br /> By: Dean Kapler, Fire Chief <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />During the required annual pressure test of all fire service hose, three sections of large <br />diameter (5 tach) fai]ed the test. (Burst) This hose is from the original equipment <br />purciqase for the starrup of the fire department in 198%1990. <br /> <br />Funding: <br /> <br />Staff is recoinmending using Equipment Replacement Funds to purchase the replacement <br />hose. There are sufficient monies in the replacement fund to cover t_h.e, cost.
