Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its' adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #03-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOUUTION AUTHORIZING REPLACEMENT OF <br />DIAMETER HOSE FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />300 FEET OF LARGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department is in need of replacing the existing 300 feet of large <br />diameter hose, and <br /> <br /> Vv'HEREAS, it has been dete,wnined that the replacement hose will accommodate the <br />cun'ent and future fire department needs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ir has been deten'nined that the replacement large diameter hose will be <br />funded from the Equipment Replacement Fund in an amount not to exceed $1785. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANO1C~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of 300 feet of-large <br />diameter hose using the Equipment Replacement Fund in an amount not to exceed <br />$t785. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and tile following were absent: <br /> <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duty passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26t~: day of August 2003 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-114- <br /> <br /> <br />
