HILAIRE TO <br />EXCEED SIZE RESTRICTIONS FOR A DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON <br />PROPERTY FROM 1-1.9 ACRES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael St. Hilaire, hereina~ffer refe~ed to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Condkionai Use Pem2k to exceed the size restrictions for detached accessory <br />buildings on properties from I-!.9 acres established in section 9.11.02 "Accessory Uses" of City- <br />Code on the propemy general]y known as d251 Id9th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot'3, BlOck 1, Petersons Estate, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Propert?"') <br /> <br />NOW THE~FORE, BE IT RESOL¥-ED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />P~&MSEY, AxNOBL, k COUNTY, STATE OF MLN.~ESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey Cie- Code on August 7, 2003, and that said public heating <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />by reference. - <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property., is zoned R-1 Residential and is located outside the ,.Metropolitan <br /> Urban Service .aa'ea (Mu SA). <br /> <br />That the Subject Property.. is approximately 1.75 acres in size. <br /> <br />4. That Cip' Code resnficts the Subject Property to a total of 1,664 square feet of accessory, <br /> building space. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has a primary garage of 816 square feet; the new accessory building is <br />proposed to be ~?00 square feet in size; resulting in a total of 2,016 square feet of accessory <br />building on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant has stated that the reason for the excess size of the proposed building is to <br /> store recreational vehicles and other personal prope~wy. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessow building will be utilized for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a businessl <br /> <br />8.
