Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Rum River Dental Creations. As a part of the <br />transaction, the city is to convey title to LOT 1, BLOCK 3, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK <br />to Rum River Dental Creations. On August 12, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authorize the sale.
