JZL-NG THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OB]WED PROPERTY <br />LOCATED LN THE CITY OF tLAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property wl'fich <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary, for the Ci~'s purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SAi, E AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City., as surplus property, and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PA_RK, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TEI~MS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and <br />terms upon which the above descriljed property may be sold.' <br /> <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. , <br /> <br />PASSED by the City.
