Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, SUNFISH LAIx~ <br />BUSINESS PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />A~eement ) with Rum River Dental Creations, a Minnesota Corporation, on ., _00_,; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent .to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to Rum <br />River Dental Creations is platted as Lot 1, Block 3, Sunfish Lake Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of <br /> <br />,2003. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey; AnOka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Lot 1, Block 3, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the ~, <br />2003 Contract for Private Development between the City and Rum River Dental <br />Creations. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are author/zed to execute the necessary <br />documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The mot/on for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-279- <br /> <br /> <br />
