<br />FORESTClTY <br /> <br />City of Ramsey Town Center Proposal <br /> <br />2.1 TEAM EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Forest City has a diverse property portfolio in key markets across the United States, in both urban and <br />suburban settings, that include product types of a mixed-use nature (office, retail, residential, and <br />land). Forest City's office portfolio includes 48 properties with more than 1.3,350,000 S.F of GLA. All <br />but 6 of those properties, representing 51.9,000 SF of the total, are managed and leased by Forest City. <br />The properties managed by Forest City all have on-site property managers with the leasing function <br />managed centrally by our in-house professional staff, greatly leveraging strategic relationships with first <br />rate commercial office brokerage firms. <br /> <br />Forest City's retail portfolio includes 51. properties with approximately 27 million SF of total space and <br />1.6.3 million of GLA. Forest City has management and leasing responsibility for 47 of these properties <br />totaling 1.4.4 million SF of GLA. Two more similar centers are currently in development and will be <br />opening in 2009: West Chester's Ridge Hill and The Village at Gulfstream Park. Additionally, Forest City <br />is proud to be associated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Building Operations <br />and Managers Association (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (I REM) and The National <br />Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). <br /> <br />Strategic Advisory Group is a full-service strategy and real estate advisory firm that provides a <br />broad array of advisory services to real estate economic development projects. Our team brings <br />experience in both public-purpose and private real estate and focuses on assisting clients with <br />assessing, planning, financing, developing and managing all manner of asset classes, including <br />complex mixed-use projects, commercial, residential, hospitality, convention and conference <br />center, sports, arts and entertainment, and other asset types.
