Introduction of all team members. Identify their roles and responsibilities and establish <br />lines of communication. <br /> <br />b. Identify project scope, program and objectives. <br /> <br />c. Develop schedule. <br /> <br />PHASE II <br /> <br />I. SAG to conduct market research for all disciplines ofthe project. <br />II. Development team will develop list of potential end users and potential developers. <br /> <br />PHASE III <br /> <br />I. Review market research and list of end users to formulate a plan to develop the marketing plan. <br />II. Prepare drafts of the marketing plan for team review by the team. <br />III. Finalize marketing strategy. <br /> <br />PHASE IV <br />I. Send out marketing plan to potential list and follow-up <br />II. Review responses with team based on response from #1.. <br /> <br />PHASEV <br /> <br />I. Negotiate with potential users. <br /> <br />2.4 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE <br /> <br />Forest City and SAG will provide fixed fee or hourly rates <br />or a combination of the two.
