<br />The Glen Town Center, <br />Glenview, IL <br /> <br />Experience: Projects <br /> <br />Landform and its team has a wide range of experience applicable to this project. <br />Our team members have experience with and diverse backgrounds in commercial, <br />residential and mixed-use real estate development, business district analysis and <br />development, public and private ventures, and land use and design, Our most relevant <br />projects are presented below and the pages that follow. <br /> <br />On behalf of Oliver McMillan, Greeby provided comprehensive, on-site development and <br />project management services for a new, open-air, mixed-use town center, This project <br />included the construction of 500,000 sq, ft. of retail, over 200,000 sq, ft. of apartment, <br />museum and office space, 15 acres of single-family homes, and two new precast parking <br />decks on the former site of a Naval Air Training Center, Greeby's services included but <br />were not limited to assisting the owner with contract negotiations; review of executed <br />leases and coordination of landlord deliverable and time frame; coordination of architect <br />and contractor activities; change order management; project record systems; and project <br />close-out procedures, This city center portion of the 1000-plus-acre master-planned <br />redevelopment capitalized on the development of numerous public facilities in support of <br />new residential housing construction surrounding a new Metra commuter rail train station, <br /> <br /> <br />7 <br />
