Project
Team

To most effectively manage and execute the complex and diverse aspects of this
project, we have drawn on our experience in the City of Ramsey over the last several
months to assemble what we believe to be an excellent mix of local and national
experience, technical and business expertise and effective leadership,

Landform The team is led by Darren Lazan, Principal at Landform, Landform's local and
dedicated focus will best organize and maximize the efforts within the development
team including both public and private components. Mr, Lazan will be your most
visible, day-to-day member of the team providing the coordination with staff,
council, commissions, and the public. Landform's primary charge will be to maintain
communication with the City, manage and update the financial pro-forma and
dashboard, and coordinate design and technical efforts within the project to ensure
a cohesive effort. Our broader experience in both development management and
planning services will allow us to integrate those efforts from a position unique to the
profession. Landform will also continue our work legislatively to identify sources of
funding for infrastructure, pilot projects, and grants to maximize the investment in the
project.

The Greeby Companies, Inc. To further expand on the development experience and to extend the national presence
in the market, we have added The Greeby Companies as valued resources to
the team, Greeby will focus primarily on solicitation of potential financial partners,
national and local developers, and quality end-users. The Greeby Companies adds
a considerable portfolio of mixed-use experience in both development management
and tenant coordination. Michael Greeby will be the primary interface with the
team, with assistance from Skip Greeby to effectively maximize our exposure to the
marketplace,

Ryan Cronk As an additional resource to the team's expertise beyond the office/retail markets, we
have added Ryan Cronk to provide assistance in the housing aspects of the project.
Mr. Cronk's experience is in both retail and residential projects will add valuable and
relevant insight to this evolving market. We intend to leverage that relationship to
create quality residential opportunities in the project.

We believe this team provides unmatched breadth and depth to the efforts in Ramsey
Town Center, The ability to coordinate technical, real estate and financial expertise
as an integrated team will create an effective force in the emerging marketplace, We
believe the project is best served by a diverse team deeply connected in the industry
to best position it for success,

Resumes Full resumes for each of our team members are provided in the Attachments section.

6
