REAL ESTATE SERVICES TEAM LEADER - BONESTROO <br />Paul consults on a variety of real estate ventures for cities, <br />developers, land owners, and lenders. He has led development <br />and redevelopment opportunities and has consulted with lenders <br />nationwide on over 40,000 acres of distressed real estates assets. <br /> <br />. CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER - LIFETIME FITNESS <br />In this role, Paul developed commercial sites into unparalleled and <br />cutting edge fitness and "healthy way of life" facilities for a high- <br />growth, publicly traded company. He hired and managed a team <br />of consultants to undertake due diligence and design of <br />commercial development sites, identified and mitigated critical <br />real estate risks, and obtained entitlements and permits. <br /> <br />. VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT - LAURENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br />Paul was instrumental in the creation and realization of <br />extraordinary residential communities in the Twin Cities. These <br />large, complex master-planned communities "raised the bar" in <br />the region by providing abundant open space, recreational <br />amenities, and the conscious design of beauty into every facet. <br />He worked jointly with the President and Vice President of Finance <br />to manage day to day operations of the company and was <br />responsible for all land development activities. Both communities won the <br />Builders Association of the Twin Cities award for Best New <br />Neighborhood ("Bennie Award"). <br /> <br />.
