To summarize our proposal, Ehlers is qualified to assist the City of Ramsey <br />for the following reasons: <br /> <br />Experience: Over 17 years of development management and financial advisory experience in Minnesota <br />and assisting our clients in getting development completed. <br /> <br />Client Focus: We focus on your unique needs and situation and are able to adapt efficiently and <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Development Savvy: Our expeltise, familiarity and relationships with the development community <br />results in bringing qualified developers to the community that develop projects in accordance with the <br />City's goals/vision. In addition, we are able to asceltain if any public assistance is warranted and if it is, <br />the appropriate level and ability of the City to recapture any of it if the project pelfonns better than <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />Responsiveness: We pride ourselves in our working relationships with our clients and view ourselves as <br />an extension of city staff.
