RLK's project responsibility included: Assist with master plan; site, <br />infrastructure, grading and storm water, and trail plans; transportation planning; <br />environmental review; development phasing plan; assist with financial analysis and proforma. <br /> <br />Approximate number of acres: 565 acres <br /> <br />Approximate building square feet: 2.4 - 3.1 million square feet of commercial and 3,000 units <br />of residential <br /> <br />UMORE, Rosemount, Minnesota <br />General project description: The University of Minnesota owns land in Rosemount and <br />adjacent townships and is taking steps to position this land for eventual sale and <br />development.
