that period we used aircraft to help sales and most of my 4,500 hours as pilot in command of corporate
aircraft was during this time frame. I personally wrote all of the software in the first 6 years in
Technical-HP-Basic, but over time I directed programmers to write in C, Unix and Motif. In 1992 I began
land planning again with the sole purpose to develop new methods in planning and technology. At first
Land Planning was done under Land Innovation, then around 1995 I used the name Rick Harrison Site
Design after inventing the method we call Coving, for Site Design. In 1995 I sold my stock in Land
Innovation, Inc to pursue Rick Harrison Site Design full time.

1992 - today

Land Planner: Rick Harrison Site Design. I developed dozens of new methods and technologies during
this period, and those are covered in out 300 page book, Prefurbia published by Sustainable Land
Development International (SLDI), and also covered in a 500 page manual that is included in PPS, a new
system to be marketed in January 2010 which is college level training and software combined. We
continue to innovate planning in every development we are contracted to do. I personally plan every
neighborhood that was done which so far numbers approximately 650 in 46 states and 12 countries. I
am a keynote speaker at APA, AlA, USGBC, and other events and conferences. One of our specialties is
the replanning of New Urban developments into more efficient and open developments that offer a
higher standard of living. I planned the Mardian Ranch, the 46 square mile new town south of Las Vegas
which is the largest land development in the United States this past decade. I have a 100% approval
record on all sites I've designed and presented. In 1999 I won the Professional Builder Achievement of
the Year Award (given to only 5 in the building industry yearly). Eight of the top ten national builders
have homes in our neighborhoods, and we are the primary planner for AMARILO, Columbia's largest
developer, including the master plan for Madrid (30,000 units).

We are negotiating with SAGIA (Saudi Arabia) to help plan the King Abdullah Economic Cities, the largest
development projects in the world, as well as to replan Dubai Golf City.

Publications:

Boards:

I am advisor to the board of SLDI, in Dubuque, Iowa.
