<br />Song has represented companies and individuals in the areas of corporate, real estate, land
<br />use and environmental law for over fourteen years. Some of her experience included general
<br />counsel and business development work for a construction and maintenance company, assist-
<br />ing various companies on corporate governance, negotiating and drafting of contracts, execu-
<br />tive employment and incentive compensation agreements and plans, joint ventures, mergers
<br />and acquisitions, dispute resolution, City Attorney for various cities, as well as general busi-
<br />ness dealings and civil litigation.
<br />
<br />Song's legal practice has included employment/labor, regulatory compliance, land use, admin-
<br />istrative, municipal, real estate (commercial and residential), estate planning and family law
<br />as well as lobbying work. As a result, she has a strong and unique understanding of organiz-
<br />ing and facilitating multiple stakeholders to build consensus and achieve results.
<br />Song is a first generation Hmong, whose family sought refuge to America from the Vietnam
<br />Conflict, when she was only six years old. She grew up always mindful of where she came
<br />from and appreciative of the opportunities in front of her. Graduating at the top of her class
<br />from high school onto St. Olaf College, majoring in English and Psychology and then attend-
<br />ing the University of Minnesota Law School, Song worked herself up the ladder from Associate
<br />to Majority and Managing Partner of a prominent, St. Paul law firm. Thereafter, she became
<br />general counsel and vice president of a construction and maintenance company and then took
<br />on her own legal practice as well as a new venture focusing in business development for com-
<br />panies in today's economic environment.

<br />In addition to her professional life, Song has been and continues to be very active in communi-
<br />ty work. Some of her volunteer services have included serving as a Board Member on the St.
<br />Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Children's Hospitals and Clinics, Ramsey County Bar, Ethics,
<br />Hmong Chamber, the Lao Youth Society and the Council on Crime and Justice. Song was ap-
<br />pointed by the Mayor of St. Paul to Chair the Human Rights Commission, and by Governor Tim
<br />Pawlenty, to represent St. Paul and service as a Metropolitan Council member. Currently, she
<br />serves on the United Hospital Foundation Board, the Greater Twin Cities United Way Board and
<br />as an advisor to the Hmong Chamber. Song has also received various awards and recognition
<br />for her overall commitment to the legal profession and the community, including being named
<br />by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as one of the 40 Under Forty to Watch,

<br />John brings over 11 years of experience managing the development of numerous large mixed
<br />use and housing developments primarily on brown fields and large urban infill developments.
<br />His prior 15 years of diverse, technical and managerial experience involved remediation, solid/
<br />hazardous waste and water pollution control programs in both private sector and regulatory
<br />programs. He has experience in project management, health and safety and project engineer-
<br />ing. He has been responsible for field supervision of on-site activities, chemical stabilization
<br />and health and safety issues on numerous projects, including National Superfund and Minne-
<br />sota Voluntary Clean-up Action Programs. John has been the recipient of a number of awards
<br />including the American Council of Engineering Companies - Honor Award, The Minnesota Soci-
<br />ety of Professional Engineers Merit Award for Distinguished Engineering Achievement and the
<br />Project Manager Recipient - City Business Award.

<br />John provides sales, project management, design, concept review, governmental and commu-
<br />nity liaison, and development planning negotiations, on behalf of the Company. He will gener-
