Located on Lake Vermilion, one of Minnesota's largest and most
prestigious lakes, LHB developed a design with a variety of lakefront and lake-
access lots while preserving over 50-percent of the site as open space.

Following the Breitung Township Comprehensive Land Use Plan, LHB's design
emphasizes the history of the site, enhances the diverse ecology of the land, and
incorporates planning goals developed during design workshops with the state
holders. Through the master plan's designation of open space and regulated shore
land uses, this consenration development will preserve and improve Lake Vermilion's
water quality, fisheries and wildlife habitat for generations to come.
