Guided developer solicitation and negotiated development agreements acting as <br />representative of the public landowner. <br /> <br />This $625-million project opened in 1992 and contains 2.6 million square feet of retail space (525 <br />specialty stores) anchored by four national department stores (Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom and <br />Sears); over 50 restaurants from fast-food to fine dining; 7 nightclubs; an indoor 7-acre, $70-million <br />amusement park; an entertainment wing housing 14 theaters; a Lego Imagination Center; and a series of <br />parking decks holding 12,750 cars, which comprise the largest parking facility in North America.
