Proposed components include 130,000 square feet of retail space, 238 senior housing units and 250 <br />condominiums. Research tasks included competitive evaluation, documenting future trade area residential growth, <br />evaluating trade area demographics and estimating retail sales potential and supportable gross leasable area. <br /> <br />West End Lifestyle Center - St. Louis Park, Minnesota <br />Duke Realty Corp, and City of St. Louis Park <br /> <br />Market analysis was conducted to determine market demand for West End, a proposed lifestyle center with about <br />340,000 square feet of gross leasable area including a multi,screen cinema. The proposed lifestyle center is one <br />component of a larger redevelopment that includes 1.1 million square feet of office space in four buildings. Work <br />tasks included site and competitive evaluations, delineating a trade area and identifying its demographic <br />characteristics, determining sales potential, supportable gross leasable area, and design evaluating. <br /> <br />Office/Industrial Market Potential <br />Apple Valley, Minnesota <br /> <br />Market analysis was conducted to determine future demand for office/industrial space in Apple Valley. <br />Office/industrial development was forecast through 2025 including commercial office, medical office, office <br />showroom, and office warehouse buildings. Recommended locations for each type of development were identified. <br /> <br />Retail, Office and Residential Market Analysis and Development Potential <br />City of Chanhassen <br /> <br />Market research was conducted to determine market demand for retail space in three locations in Chanhassen: the <br />original downtown, and two other locations along TH,312, a new freeway through the city. Market analysis was also <br />conducted to determine the demand for commercial office and light industrial space and residential development <br />potential through 2025. Development strategy for Chanhassen was recommended based on market research <br />findings. <br /> <br />Medical Office Market Analysis - Woodbury, Minnesota <br />City of Woodbury <br /> <br />Conducted market analysis to determine market potential and future demand for medical office uses in a medical <br />campus district incorporating Woodwinds Hospital.
