Depending on the needs of our clients, we take many different <br />roles. We have acted as the primary point of contact, or liaison, between the prospective developer(s) and the city and also in an "as <br />needed" capacity where we review proposals and develop proformas and the city acts as the primary point of contact. We are willing <br />to work in a capacity that fits the needs of the City of Ramsey.
