Ellsworth Air Force Base/l-90 Corridor Master Plan, Rapid City Area, SD - <br />Developing a master plan for a 64-square-mile area surrounding Ellsworth Air Force Base. <br />Coordinating planning and development regulations between the Base and four other adjacent <br />jurisdictions. Plan will provide direction for future land use, zoning, development policies and <br />transportation/i nfrastructu re improvements. <br /> <br />. Regional Intermodal Transportation Center, New London, CT - Conducting a <br />market analysis to determine the feasibility of a transit oriented development in downtown <br />New London and analyzing the development potential for the site and downtown study area. <br />Included within this project is a review of the market area, data, plans and information, <br />business real estate stakeholder interviews, demographic and economic overview, <br />development opportunities analysis, the technical market analysis, economic and fiscal impact <br />analysis and strategies for creating a vibrant downtown area. <br /> <br />. EUUEconomic Diversification Study, Otis Air National Guard, Cape Cod, MA - <br />Prepared an enhanced use leasing (EUL) strategy. To inform the enhanced use lease strategy, <br />analyzed case studies of existing EULs and profiling industry clusters in the region in order to <br />identify potential targets for future economic development and those industries' needs from a <br />site selection perspective. <br /> <br />. Peninsula Rapid Transit Project, Hampton Roads Transit, VA - Conducting a build- <br />out analysis utilizing population and employment thresholds and developable acreage in a <br />proposed light-rail corridor. The analysis will include an estimate of developed acreage, <br />dwelling units, population, square feet of non-residential space, employment and parking <br />associated with the build-out scenario within a /'2 mile of proposed station locations. Also <br />developing a Transit Oriented Development Strategy based on a review of existing policies and <br />regulations, best practices, design standards, and opportunities for private sector investment. <br /> <br />. Woodville Highway Corridor Analysis, Leon County, FL - Conducting a market an <br />economic analysis for the Woodville Corridor from Gaile Avenue in Tallahassee to U.S. 98 in <br />Wakulla County. The market and economic analysis is part of a larger transportation/land use <br />master plan.
