Greater Frenchtown/Southside Community Redevelopment Plan Update, <br />Tallahassee, FL - Identified corridors within the 1,450 acre area for redevelopment, <br />developing strategies to implement the redevelopment, projecting tax increment financing <br />returns and assessing the impacts of the redevelopment on infrastructure and the pedestrian <br />network. Consistent with statutory requirement, the Plan Update required extensive <br />coordination between city, county and regional plans. <br /> <br />. Burtonsville Community Legacy Plan, Burtonsville, MD - Developed strategic <br />revitalization opportunities and a clear path for public and private sector entities to invest in <br />Burtonsville through the State of Maryland Community Legacy Program. Based on the <br />community's vision, the Plan assists Burtonsville in achieving their potential for vibrant <br />renewal as attractive places to shop, live and work. <br /> <br />. Economic Consulting Services, City of Hampton, VA - Conducted a study of the City <br />of Hampton and Hampton University's strengths and proposed funding actions in the <br />University to maximize the positive economic impact to the City while helping the University <br />to meet its goals. Scope of work included extensive stakeholder and expert input through <br />interviews, research and analysis of comparable programs, cities, and funding mechanisms, and <br />a detailed economic and fiscal analysis. <br /> <br />. Comprehensive Plan Update, Greensboro, FL - Developed a Public School Facilities <br />Element, a Transportation Concurrency Management System and a Proportionate Fair Share <br />Program for the Town of Greensboro.
