LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />August 20,_ 2009 <br />Page 5 <br />Motion was made by Vierzba, seconded by Anderson, to approve Permit #2009 -08, Andrie <br />Street Reconstruction — City of Ramsey, subject to the five (5). conditions as stipulated in <br />the Barr Engineering memorandum dated August 17, 2009. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion <br />carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #2009 -09 JBT Machining / QDP Technologies - Ramsey <br />Jankowski reviewed the August 19, 2009 memorandum from Barr Engineering stating their <br />receipt of plans' and the LRRWMO permit application for the construction of a 20,800 square <br />foot commercial/industrial ° building for JBT Machining /QDP Technologies , in Ramsey. The <br />project is located in the northwest corner of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and 144 Avenue N.W. The <br />site is approximately 4.2 acres. Storm water from the site is to discharge to an existing on -site <br />regional stonn water management basin located north of the proposed building. This regional <br />storm water management basin was constructed as part of the Sunfish Lake Business Park 3` <br />Addition and has been designed to provide quantity and quality treatment from this site Erosion <br />control is shown to be installed at the : limits of grading operations. Barr Engineering <br />recommends that the LRRWMO approve of the permit for this project subject to the five <br />conditions as stipulated in the August 19, 2009 memorandum. <br />Motion was made by Haas, ` seconded : by Vierzba, to approve, Permit #2009-09, JBT <br />Machining / QDP Technologies, Ramsey, subject to the five (5) conditions as stipulated in <br />the Barr Engineering memorandum dated August 19, 2009. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion <br />carried. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Update on ACD Grant Opportunities — Jankowski <br />Jankowski indicated he will contact Dennis Rodacker of the Anoka Conservation District <br />regarding grant opportunities prior to the September Board meeting. He requested that this item <br />be included on the next meeting agenda. <br />Consensus was reached to include this item on the September meeting agenda. <br />Board Input <br />Look requested clarification regarding estimated costs for completion of the Third Generation <br />Plan. Jankowski stated the $41,000 budget should be sufficient to cover the remaining work on <br />the Plan. An increase to member city assessments is not being proposed at this time. It was noted <br />that assessments are based upon population and tax valuation of the properties within the <br />LRRWMO, and that there may be a slight increase in Ramsey's assessment. <br />Perry requested clarification regarding the August 20, 2009 memorandum from Barr Engineering <br />referring to the TEP Panel's recommendation that Permit #2001 -22, Ramsey Organic Dirt, <br />comply with the previous '1'EP Panel recommendations by October 1, 2009. <br />
