LRRWMO Meeting Minutes August 20,_ 2009 Page 5 Motion was made by Vierzba, seconded by Anderson, to approve Permit #2009 -08, Andrie Street Reconstruction — City of Ramsey, subject to the five (5). conditions as stipulated in the Barr Engineering memorandum dated August 17, 2009. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. LRRWMO Permit #2009 -09 JBT Machining / QDP Technologies - Ramsey Jankowski reviewed the August 19, 2009 memorandum from Barr Engineering stating their receipt of plans' and the LRRWMO permit application for the construction of a 20,800 square foot commercial/industrial ° building for JBT Machining /QDP Technologies , in Ramsey. The project is located in the northwest corner of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and 144 Avenue N.W. The site is approximately 4.2 acres. Storm water from the site is to discharge to an existing on -site regional stonn water management basin located north of the proposed building. This regional storm water management basin was constructed as part of the Sunfish Lake Business Park 3` Addition and has been designed to provide quantity and quality treatment from this site Erosion control is shown to be installed at the : limits of grading operations. Barr Engineering recommends that the LRRWMO approve of the permit for this project subject to the five conditions as stipulated in the August 19, 2009 memorandum. Motion was made by Haas, ` seconded : by Vierzba, to approve, Permit #2009-09, JBT Machining / QDP Technologies, Ramsey, subject to the five (5) conditions as stipulated in the Barr Engineering memorandum dated August 19, 2009. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. OTHER BUSINESS Update on ACD Grant Opportunities — Jankowski Jankowski indicated he will contact Dennis Rodacker of the Anoka Conservation District regarding grant opportunities prior to the September Board meeting. He requested that this item be included on the next meeting agenda. Consensus was reached to include this item on the September meeting agenda. Board Input Look requested clarification regarding estimated costs for completion of the Third Generation Plan. Jankowski stated the $41,000 budget should be sufficient to cover the remaining work on the Plan. An increase to member city assessments is not being proposed at this time. It was noted that assessments are based upon population and tax valuation of the properties within the LRRWMO, and that there may be a slight increase in Ramsey's assessment. Perry requested clarification regarding the August 20, 2009 memorandum from Barr Engineering referring to the TEP Panel's recommendation that Permit #2001 -22, Ramsey Organic Dirt, comply with the previous '1'EP Panel recommendations by October 1, 2009.
