Public Works Director Olson responded staff had used an hourly cost multiplier, which would cover the overhead. Councilmember Dehen asked if it was economical to do this, would Council see staff's recommendation as to what employees this would take the place of. Public Works Director replied currently the City had to hire three seasonal employees to do the snow plowing routes. He noted with this proposal some full -time employees would do the snowplowing when needed. He indicated this would be replacing the seasonal help. Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to proceed with the RFP for contracted plowing services. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Dehen, Look, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Thank you Veterans Councilmember Wise reminded everyone that Veteran's Day was tomorrow. The Council thanked everyone who has served in the military. Mayor Ramsey stated the Ramsey City offices would be closed tomorrow for Veteran's Day. 4.
