<br />LOCATION EVALUATIONS <br /> <br />Housing Site Locations <br /> <br />Maxfield Research Inc. reviewed and evaluated available sites in Ramsey for the development of <br />multifamily and senior housing. Information considered for the update includes the 2007 Exist- <br />ing Land Use designations as well as the draft 2030 land use map from the 2008 Comprehensive <br />Plan update. Most of the locations that were previously identified for medium and high density <br />residential development remain the same between the 2007 and 2008 land use plans. On the <br />2030 Land Use Map, the Ramsey Town Center area is fully designated as mixed-use develop- <br />ment. <br /> <br />The following areas are shown on the draft 2030 land use map as designated for medium or high- <br />density residential development and currently vacant. <br /> <br />Medium Density Areas <br /> <br />· NE Quadrant of Alpine Drive and St. Francis Blvd. <br /> <br />.
