Miller, Planning Manager <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />At the October 6, 2009 HRA meeting the Commission had the opportunity to meet with four <br />contractor/developer teams interested in partnering with the City on the V A project solicitation <br />for Town Center. In preparation for the next phase of the federal solicitation for a new VA <br />Community Based Outpatient Clinic in the north metro, the City would be partnering with a team <br />to prepare the SFO. <br /> <br />Council had the opportunity to have some discussion after the presentations.
