Addison Smith, CEO <br />President, JAS Consultants, Inc. <br />Corporate Officer <br />As President and Chief Executive Officer of the parent company of JAS Consultants since the <br />company's conception in 1993, Mr. Smith directs all functions of the firm and is personally <br />involved with all clients. He is the current Project Manager servicing all of the Los Angeles County <br />contracts with JAS Consultants and supervises the delivery of all services as requested by the <br />clients. Mr. Smith served as the Assistant Director of Community Development/Building Official <br />for the City of Reno. He is at this time serving as the Building & Safety Director for the City of <br />Santa Monica. Prior to this he held positions with the City of Las Vegas and the City of Adelanto. <br />Mr. Smith studied at the University of La Verne majoring in Business Administration. <br /> <br />Mrs. Nicolle Stormon, CFO <br />Executive Vice President, JAS Consultants, Inc. <br />Corporate Officer <br />As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the parent company of JAS Consultants, Mrs. <br />Nicolle Stormon oversees all business and administration functions, including accounting and <br />finance, risk management, and human resources. She works directly with all clients regarding <br />these aspects throughout the contract period, and would continue to act as the primary contact <br />to the Jurisdiction for all related matters. In addition, Mrs. Stormon also manages the San Diego <br />County, San Bernardino and Riverside County operations. Prior to joining the firm in 1994, she <br />was with a private company offering government engineering services. Mrs. Stormon majored in <br />Business Administration at Victor Valley College. <br /> <br />Mr. Fady Mattar, PE, CBO <br />Vice President of Engineering, JAS Consultants, Inc. <br />Mr. Fady Mattar joined JAS Consultants in 2007, and brings to JAS Consultants a vast and <br />impressive history. He began his career with the County of Los Angeles DPW in 1969; while with <br />the County he provided them with a multitude of services and held such positions as Mechanical <br />Engineer, Chief Plumbing & Mechanical Inspector and Supervising Mechanical Engineer. Upon <br />his retirement he had risen to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Building. Mr. Mattar. <br />continuing his career moved on to become Superintendent of Building & Safety of the City of <br />Long Beach. Mr. Mattar has been honored in many ways with awards and has held several key <br />positions within the California Building Standards Commission, as Vice Chairman, ICC, IAPMO and <br />CALBO among others. <br /> <br />4 <br />
