He began his career with <br />the County of Los Angeles DPW in 1969: while with the County he <br />provided them with a multitude of services and held such positions as <br />Mechanical Engineer. Chief Plumbing & Mechanical Inspector and <br />Supervising Mechanical Engineer. Upon his retirement he had risen <br />to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Building. Mr. Mattar. <br />continuing his career moved on to become Superintendent of <br />Building & Safety of the City of Long Beach. <br /> <br />Mr. Mattar has been honored in many ways with awards and has <br />held several key positions within the California Building Standards <br />Commission, as Vice Chairman. ICC, IAPMO and CALBO among <br />others. <br /> <br />ROSALINDA J. TAN DOC. PE <br />PLAN REVIEW ENGINEER <br /> <br />Rosalinda joined the JAS Consultants plan review staff in 2007. Her <br />extensive experience in the Building & Safety industry is a wonderful <br />addition to our staff. Rosalinda began her career in the industry as a <br />Plan Review Engineer with the County of Los Angeles. With. the <br />County she performed plan review on many varied projects for over <br />twenty six years. Upon her retirement from the County in 2006 she <br />continued her work with a private consultant. She is currently <br />assigned to the Los Angeles County Carson office. <br /> <br />LATCHEZAR RADEV, PE <br />PLAN REVIEW ENGINEER <br /> <br />Mr. Latchezar Radev joined the JAS Consultants firm full time in <br />January of 2008. With his background. education and experience his <br />employment with 'JAS Consultants was much anticipated.
