For the previous thirty y-ears Mr. Golovko had been <br />with the County of Los Angeles DPW as their Chief Electrical <br />Engineer. He now is with JAS Consultants and the Lead Electrical <br />Engineer and Plans Examiner assigned to our Los Angeles County <br />office. <br /> <br />ZACK FAGIH, PE, CBO <br />PLAN REVIEW ENGINEER <br /> <br />Mr. Zack Faqih joined the JAS Consultants team in 2006. and was <br />assigned to the City of Yorba Linda. <br /> <br />His twenty two years experience with the County of Orange allows <br />him the expertise to perform plan review with exceptional <br />standards. With the County he performed full plan review for <br />residential and complex construction projects, oversaw the front <br />counter as well as managed a staff of six professionals. including <br />acting as the liais'on for the County to other local jurisdictions. <br /> <br />Zack currently provides JAS Consultants with outsourcing plan <br />review services. <br /> <br />WILLIAM CHERN, PE <br />PLAN REVIEW ENGINEER <br /> <br />Mr. William Chern is Plan Review Engineer for JAS Consultants. <br />and is currently assigned to the County of Orange. <br /> <br />William maintains thirty years of experience as a plan review <br />engineer in two jurisdictions; the City of Downey twenty eight years <br />and the City of Thousand Oaks for two years.
