Darin serves <br />as a Building Official and Structural Plans Examiner for JAS <br />Consultants for the State of Iowa. <br /> <br />JAMES GARING, PE <br />PLAN REVIEW ENGINEER <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Garing performs plan review and job over-sight from our <br />San Luis Obispo office. He has administered such projects as large <br />apartment facilities. mixed use structures and water treatment <br />plants among numerous others. <br /> <br />ADD SMITH <br />SUPERVISING PLANS EXAMINER <br /> <br />Mr. Add Smith has been with JAS Consultants for many years. His <br />current position is with the City of Lancaster as their Deputy <br />Building Official. Mr. Smith brings over 30 years of Building and <br />Safety; Plan Review and Administration knowledge to the firm. In <br />addition to his vast experience. Mr. Smith also maintains many <br />years of experience as a Building Official and educator for the <br />State of California and ICC. <br /> <br />STEVE REID <br />PLANS EXAMINER <br /> <br />With a high level of technical knowledge and a common sense <br />approach and commitment to getting the job done. Steve is <br />committed to maintaining high integrity and is dedicated to <br />creating comfortable and long lasting work relationships with <br />others.
