AND RELATED SERVICES <br />UNDERSTANDING OF PROPOSED SERVICES <br /> <br />BUILDING CODE <br />With many years of combined municipal and contract inspection experience, we are <br />familiar with residential and commercial plan review and site inspections designed to <br />verify compliance with state and local building codes and ordinances. Inspectors are relied upon to conduct thorough site inspections <br />to verify compliance with the current Minnesota State Plumbing Code. The City of <br />Ramsey is fortunate to have a good history of quality tradesmen performing work in the <br />region. Together with credible contractors, inspectors can verify Code requirements are <br />met at these site inspections with minimal interruption to construction schedules. <br /> <br />RENTAL HOUSING ORDINANCE <br />After researching the city of Ramsey's ordinances governing Residential Rental <br />Housing Standards, we stand ready to verify these requirements are met in all rental <br />dwellings through your current inspection program. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL DUTIES <br />Bringing years of experience from many jurisdictions, we have consolidated a system of <br />plan review and inspection formatting that has proven effective.
