BUILDING INSPECTION AND RELATED SERVICES
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
RRCC inspectors maintain the licenses and certificates required to perform the
contracted services. Reference the "List of Qualified Inspectors" section of this proposal
to review our current inspector qualifications.

INSPECTION SCHEDULING
One of the valuable lessons we have learned through our experience is scheduling
accommodation. Homeowners and contractors alike have a desire for flexible inspection
times. We look forward to working with Mr. Kaehler to provide the most flexible and
consistent availability of inspectors while assuring the most efficient operations.

COMMUNICATION TOOLS
RRCC maintains a centralized office located at 32134 - 111 V2 Street, Princeton, MN
55371. Scheduling inquiries may be made via phone or email at the convenience of city
staff. We maintain mobile communication through email and cell phone so our
inspectors may be reached at all times within business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm,
Monday through Friday.

RECORD KEEPING METHOD
As both private and municipal inspectors, RRCC has experience with several record
keeping methods. Some jurisdictions we have worked with have yet to move into
computer-aided permit software while others have experience with this clear advantage
in accuracy and efficiency. The City of Ramsey's use of PIMS is familiar to the
inspectors at RRCC. If awarded the contract, RRCC is prepared to begin operations
with minimal training on your system.

INSURANCE
RRCC proposes to maintain $1,000,000 General Liability and $500,000 Professional
Liability Insurance per the City's request.

-6-
