<br />Section 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations), subd. 18 (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey <br />City Code, herein incorporated as reference. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property shall be maintained in a sanitary condition according to State and <br />local humane standards. . <br /> <br />5. That no dog under the ownership of the Permittee 'shall be allowed to run at large, and at all <br />times the dogs shall be physically controlled by a permanent confinement area or on a leash. <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall not give the Permittee authority or permission to conduct commercial <br />kennel activities on the Subject Property, including but not limited to breeding, selling <br />training, grooming or boarding. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall license all animals in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />8: That the City Administrator, or hislher designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.. <br /> <br />9.
