There existed large areas of worn traffic lanes, <br />which did not conform to City Code dIiveway standards. . <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Given the nature of the need for additional space to accommodate the home occupation, there is <br />some concern that the additional accessory structure space lends itself to becoming a more of a <br />commercial use versus a residential. However, it appears that the 1,500 square foot accessory <br />structure will be used for residential purposes only.
