Trail Easement <br /> <br />At the time of execution hereof, Oakwood and 21 st will execute the deed and mortgage release in <br />. the form of Exhibits B and C, Respectively, to grant to City a trail easement over the portion of <br />BF3 therein described. <br /> <br />10.
