<br />James O'Shea, a COG principal with over 26 years of experience,
<br />will serve as principal in charge for the City of West St. Paul Public
<br />Works Facility. In this role, James will be directly responsible for
<br />scheduling, cost management and coordination of meetings.
<br />He will work in conjunction with the project manager, design
<br />architect, consultants and staff to assure the success of the
<br />project.
<br />
<br />James has a strong commitment to quality with a focus on
<br />the design process, and the integration of natural and built
<br />environments for public and private clients. He has worked
<br />extensively with community user groups, and is highly regarded
<br />by his clients for responsive service and design.
