Building on our conditions assessment and study of the building, the CDG team <br />will establish a deliverables matrix for this project that will be used as a working benchmark from the <br />very first kick-off meeting through to occupancy. <br /> <br />INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> <br />We understand the City's need to continue operating in the building while the renovation is in progress. <br />A key challenge to the design and of renovation of the space will be maintaining existing systems, <br />circulation and access to allow uninterrupted service to occupied area. COG are experts at dealing <br />with these conditions as much of our work is renovation of existing occupied structures <br /> <br /> <br />
