One (1) meeting with the City of Ramsey and the Anoka <br />County License Center Representatives (Anoka County), to <br />complete the following: <br /> <br />a. Tour of existing licensing center space at Foley <br />Boulevard and Highway 10 with Mohagen/Hansen <br />project team members. <br />b. Review space program provided by Anoka County. <br />c. Confirm proposed project schedule and budget <br />assumptions. <br /> <br />B. Space Planning Phase <br /> <br />1. Based on the provided space program, develop a space <br />plan, which reflects the space program requirements. <br />Present space plan to Anoka County and the City of Ramsey <br />Representatives for review. <br /> <br />2. Develop one (1) minor revision to the space plan, if <br />required, based on comments received. <br /> <br />3. Develop preliminary AN equipment list. <br /> <br />4. Present space plan and preliminary AN equipment list for <br />final review and approval. <br /> <br />C. Construction Cost Estimate Phase <br />1. Upon completion of space planning phase, develop a <br />construction cost estimate document. Based on this <br />document, expedite a preliminary construction cost <br />estimate. The preliminary construction cost estimate <br />document will consist of the following: <br /> <br />a. Title sheet outlining general notes/specifications/ <br />schedules and alternatives <br />b. Demolition plan, if required <br />c. Architectural floor plan <br />d. Reflective ceiling plan <br />e. Interior elevations and details <br />f. Electrical/data location plan <br />g. Floor and wall finish plan, noting finish allowances <br /> <br />2. Develop preliminary costs for all proposed AN equipment. <br /> <br />3. Present the construction and AN cost estimates to the City <br />of Ramsey and Anoka County for review and comment. <br /> <br />4.
