<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE PROBATIONARY <br />PERIOD FOR THE DEPUTY CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND THE PLANNING MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Heidi Nelson was promoted to Deputy City Administrator/Director <br />of Community Development on June 24, 2009 and Amber Miller was reclassified to <br />Planning Manager on June 24, 2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, These employees' probationary periods will end December 24, <br />2009 and their probationary status would typically be addressed at the December 8 <br />meeting of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Deputy City Administrator would like to be in attendance <br />at the City Council meeting when these issues are considered. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey extends the probationary period of the <br />Deputy City Administrator and the Planning Manager to January 13, 2010. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the 8th day of December 2009. <br />
