<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR <br />ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the September 22, 2009 City Council Work Session, staff sought <br />policy direction from the City Council regarding establishment of an electrical inspection <br />program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council directed staff to prepare a request for proposals <br />(RFP) for electrical inspection services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, with City Council authorization the attached RFP will be distributed <br />to interested contractors. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council authorizes staff to issue the attached RFP for electrical <br />inspection services. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the gh day of December 2009. <br />
