Concept Desian - Architectural Elevations r201: <br /> <br />Landform will: <br /> <br />a) Prepare two (2) conceptual architectural elevation sufficient to cOl'Jvey the <br />design intent, reflect consistency with RTC architecture, and address the <br />requirements of the RFP. <br /> <br />ADD ALTERNATE: <br /> <br />The services listed below are not included in the Base Scope of Services, but are services that may <br />be required to complete the project. If you choose to have Landform perform these services, the <br />total project fee will increase by the amount detailed in the Add Alternate Compensation Table in <br />Section B of this Proposal. <br /> <br />1. Special Studies rS51 <br /> <br />Through a sub-consultant, Landform will coordinate the following efforts: <br /> <br />a) Space Programming <br />In the event the RFP provides only space requirements expressed in minimum <br />square footages, Landform will prepare conceptual programming sufficient to <br />prepare space plans for both the freestanding and integrated options. <br /> <br />b) Pre-Construction Services <br />Prepare preliminary construction estimates for both freestanding and <br />integrated option. Information will be based on requirements as detailed in the <br />RFP for all landlord improvements. <br /> <br />c) Parking Ramp Consulting <br />The integrated option will require some services from a ramp consultant to <br />determin the feasibility of sharing structural components, vertical transport, <br />and common entry facilities. Information will be used to prepare accurate <br />conceptual plans and cost estimates. <br /> <br />These tasks are outlined above on an estimated allowance basis.
