<br />1. This Proposal does not include any surveying. Any Services required of Landform to <br />obtain background information will result in Additional Services. <br /> <br />2. This Proposal does not include the resolution of issues resulting from conflicting legal <br />descriptions, legal descriptions containing errors, or property encroachments. If such <br />items are discovered during the course of this survey they will be noted on the map and <br />the Client will be notified. <br /> <br />3. This Proposal does not include the preparation of any legal descriptions that may be <br />necessary to complete this project. Please contact Landform if this service is required. <br /> <br />4. This Proposal does not include detailed earthwork analysis. Any Services required of <br />Landform to provide earthwork analysis will result in Additional Services. <br /> <br />5. Additional meetings over and above the meetings quantified in this Proposal will be an <br />Additional Service and billed at our standard hourly rates. <br /> <br />6. This Proposal does not include the coordination or preparation of a Traffic Impact Study <br />and/or Signalization Plans. Any services required of Landform to provide a Traffic Impact <br />Study and/or Signalization Plans will result in Additional Services. <br /> <br />7. This Proposal does not include extensive coordination with the County or State for traffic- <br />related issues (Le. proposed access onto County or State highways). <br /> <br />8. This Proposal does not include airfare or hotel expenses. <br /> <br />9. Nothing in this Proposal or otherwise shall be considered a guarantee that Client will <br />obtain necessary approvals, permits or variances from any governmental unit. All such <br />risks are Client's.
