In the event that additional parking is required, <br />there is additional parking area in the truck maneuvering area in the rear of the building that can be used. <br />Staff will confirm with the Applicant that this area can serve as overflow parking. <br /> <br />The existing structure will need some exterior modifications by reconfiguring the entrance area with <br />double doors. All modifications, both interior and exterior, will require the issuance of a Building Pennit <br />from the City prior to any construction cOlmnencing. The Building Official and Fire Inspector have <br />expressed concern with exits to the conference rooms arid other locations within the -facility that will <br />need to be addressed prior to the case being heard by the City Council.
