In the event that additional parking is required, there is additional parking area in the truck maneuvering area in the rear of the building that can be used. Staff will confirm with the Applicant that this area can serve as overflow parking. The existing structure will need some exterior modifications by reconfiguring the entrance area with double doors. All modifications, both interior and exterior, will require the issuance of a Building Pennit from the City prior to any construction cOlmnencing. The Building Official and Fire Inspector have expressed concern with exits to the conference rooms arid other locations within the -facility that will need to be addressed prior to the case being heard by the City Council. The facility has an existing fire suppression system. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Interim Use Permit request by the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Community to allow for the operation of temporary place of assembly in the E-2 Employment District be granted for a term offiv~ (5) years.
