BANK AS OFFICIAL FINANCIAL <br />INSTITUTION FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY BANKING. SERVICES FOR THE YEAR <br />OF 2009 . . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the . City of Ramsey must designate certain: institutions' as official <br />depositories of City funds in, accordance with Minnesota statutes.
