<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR THE DEPUTY CITY ADMINISTRA TORI <br />DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Heidi Nelson was promoted to Deputy City Administrator/Director <br />of Community Development on June 24, 2009 and has successfully completed the <br />required six-month probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator recommends that the City Council retain Ms. <br />Nelson as the Deputy City Administrator/Director of Community Development and <br />remove Ms. Nelson from probation effective January 13,2010. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of staff to <br />end the probationary period for Heidi Nelson, effective January 13, 2010 and <br />retain her as the full-time regular Deputy City Administrator/Director of <br />Community Development. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the lih day of January 2010. <br />
