<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />CONSIDER ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD <br />FOR THE PLANNING MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amber Miller's position was reclassified to Planning Manager on <br />June 24, 2009 and she has successfully completed the required six-month probationary <br />period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Deputy City Administrator recommends that the City Council <br />retain Ms. Miller as the Planning Manager and remove her from probation effective <br />January l3, 2010. <br /> <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, ST ATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey accepts the recommendation of staff to <br />end the probationary period for Amber Miller, effective January 13,2010 and <br />retain her as the full-time regular Planning Manager. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resollition was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council the lth day of January 2010. . <br />
