There existed large areas of worn traffic lanes, <br />which did not conform to City Code driveway standards, <br /> <br />Given the nature of the need for additional space to accommodate the home occupation, there is <br />some concern that the additional accessory structure space lends itself to becoming more of a <br />commercial use versus a residential use, However, it appears that the 1,500 square foot, <br />accessory structure will be used for residential purposes only, Staff would recommend approval, <br />based on restricting use to residential accessory uses only, with no storage related to the home <br />occupation, City Staff further notes, for future planning by the Applicant, that the business <br />owner must reside on the Subject Property to be within compliance with City home occupation <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />.
