<br />normal maintenance of the Structure. The Applicant shall secure a Building Permit for <br />any activity required for maintenance of the Structure. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />9.
