<br />Commissioner VanScoy stated the whole idea behind this is to make enforcement more <br />consistent and easier. He questioned if there are grey areas, there could be some problems, is it <br />going to be based on the judgment of Staff, <br /> <br />Planning Manager Miller explained that as items come up they would be classified in City Code. <br />She continued explaining the enforcement process. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding operable/inoperable vehicles and commercial vehicles. They <br />continued to discuss some language in the ordinance as well as whether to limit the size of items, <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Cleveland, to direct City Staff to <br />forward the proposed ordinanc'e amendment to Section 9,11.08 (Off-Street Parking) of City Code <br />to City Council as amended, for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Brauer, Cleveland, Dunaway, <br />Hunt, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
