<br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, November 17, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />. Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Management Intern Jessica Hendricks <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:58 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) 2010 Schedule of Rates, Fees, & Charges <br /> <br />. Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated he would like to discuss, at a future work session, working with Elk <br />River and Sherburne County regarding the water. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone recommended staff look at what Elk River is doing with their <br />SAC/WAC charges to encourage restaurants to come into their City and update Council. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Kapler summarized the Fire Department fees. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session / November 17,2009 <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
